Cardio
Strengthen your fitness with sessions that will pass in no time. Your metabolism will accelerate, burning calories even long after your workout. In one session, you will burn up to 750 kcal in 45 minutes!

Forceful
Our strength exercises use functional movement patterns to build muscle mass, strength and endurance. During this class, you will feel the energy burning throughout your body!

Hybrid
In hybrid sessions, we use the best of strength and cardio classes. It is a combination of agility, endurance and strength. During these workouts, you will challenge your body and mind.

The price of the pass depends on the training goal and how quickly we would like to achieve it. It depends on the number of classes per week and the period for which we decide to stay in the club. We have a choice of monthly passes without obligation, longer memberships and packages of one-time entries.

Each training is led by two certified personal trainers, whose goal is to match the level of difficulty to the level of the participant. The exercises in functional training are inspired by the movements we perform on a daily basis. Each of them can be modified depending on the level of the practitioner. Our trainers make sure that the training is effective for both beginners and advanced.
At the time of the consultation, the trainer will help you to match the amount of workouts per week that will be right for you. Don't worry, we'll come up with something:)
Lack of motivation is one of the main reasons for giving up training and thus the lack of results. We know this well, so we will take care of you. Many times you will receive a call from us to remind you of your training the next day or a message when you do not show up for class. We all have a common goal — your health and fitness, and that's the most important thing!
Classes are conducted both in the evening, in the morning and at noon, so you will always find your 45 minutes (only 3% of the day!) for your favorite workout.
