TRAINING

Specially designed by a group of scientists and athletes from Australia, the F45 Functional Training is more than 50 training packages consisting of 5000+ exercises. No two workouts are the same!

F45tv® technology helps our trainers focus their attention on the participants and monitor their performance on an ongoing basis using the LionHeart® system.

Motivation

Already in the first classes, after performing a professional InBody body composition analysis, our trainers will set a training goal with you, and then create a training and nutrition plan for you. Our training ecosystem will help in the implementation of this plan: application for training records, regular body composition measurements, fitness tests as well as follow-up coaching consultations.

DIET

F45 clients receive full support in choosing the right diet for training. If they cook on their own at home - we have an application with a shopping list and recipes for every day. If they want to take advantage of catering - we work with the best partners in the city. The F45 nutritionist will always be able to find the best solution for your individual needs.

The F45 Challenge app provides club members with training and nutrition care outside of the studio, while giving them the ability to book classes and monitor activity outside of training.
