3-Peat is an intense workout that includes a set of exercises that will test your strength, speed and cardiovascular fitness. This is one of the few F45 workouts where we count reps. 3-Peat allows you to find your best results and then beat them. The result: a broader view of your overall physical fitness, allowing you to set goals and achieve them, resulting in lasting, noticeable results.

HOLLYWOOD
The HOLLYWOOD workout is the highlight of our training week. DJ cranking up the pace in the hall, electrifying atmosphere, 60 minutes of the best exercises for strength, cardio, endurance, speed, power, and plenty of Friday's to beat. This is where the peak form of what F45 workouts look like, so you can't miss it.

LOYALS
Loyals is a hybrid style workout that combines the best qualities of cardio and resistance exercises in the right 2:1 ratio. During Loyals training, you will experience muscle fatigue, because it is a really demanding test of muscle endurance and oxygen threshold.

MIAMI NIGHTS
The goal of this intensive hybrid training is to unleash an inner, functional athlete in you. Combining functional cardio training, functional strength training and training with your own body weight, this session will test the capabilities of all participants.

MONT BLANC
Mont Blanc is the latest addition to our range of sports-inspired exercises. It is a revolutionary training, imitating the individual movements that a skier would practice before a high-level competition. The dwindling number of skiers around the world is set to fall below 150 million this year, so we're eager to fill that niche. You'll love the increase in cardiovascular endurance, proprioception, lower body strength and deep muscles, as well as improved flexibility, balance, and coordination. An innovative and creative 50/50 combination of cardio and strength makes your heart beat relentlessly fast during this 10-station workout. Minimal involvement of the abdominal and trunk muscles, only functional resistance and functional cardio movements.
