CALYPSO KINGS
Improving muscle flexibility helps increase ranges of motion in the joints and reduce the risk of injury. Our focus on movement quality, injury prevention and overall improvement of body awareness are important training elements that we focus on during our recovery sessions. Calypso Kings offers stretching techniques aimed at improving muscle flexibility, joint mobility, positioning our body in space and correct posture.

MONDRIAN 30
It has been proven that stretching improves the performance of functional movements (such as jumps or sprints). Mondrian 30 will use a series of dynamic postures to help you relax, unwind and renew your body and mind. These exercises use techniques for lengthening and shortening muscle fibers.
